You want to buy one that compresses your chest while allowing you to breathe comfortably for as long as you have it on. My suggestion is to measure around your chest (including your breasts) to get the size for your shirt. I bought an Tri-top Chest Binder X-large (41-44) (http://www.underworks.com/products.html#998) thinking it would be too large but it actually was a little tight until I lost some weight (10 lbs) and now it fits perfectly. Purchasing a compression shirt on-line may be a little tricky so perhaps you can contact them directly? I imagine they have a lot of drag kings and trans guys calling them to ask about sizing so don't be nervous about calling. It is better to buy something that you feel comfortable wearing than something that you feel you wasted your money on.
